It started with a simple need: to be able to create images that didn't depend on anyone else. I wanted textures that would sit effortlessly on the lens, colors that wouldn't wash out, and surfaces that would hold up no matter how many times I set up the same shot.

Thus, Backdrop Lab was born, like a small laboratory where every idea is tested by hand: it is constructed, lit, photographed, corrected until it is "locked".

I don't make mass-produced products.

I create surfaces that have been through real use, with real light and real problems that I solve before they reach you.

Every backdrop has its own story.

When a surface finally enters the Backdrop Lab, I know it's something I can give you with confidence: stability, quality, and character, every time you press the shutter.

Backdroplab is not just backgrounds.

It's the story behind your image.
